Meet Coach Aaron
A coach who understands the work it takes to change.
“You are in your own way.”
Aaron grew up in Eugene, Oregon, spending most of his time outside—playing baseball, building skateboard ramps, and finding every reason to move. After high school, he pursued baseball and completed a Psychology degree at a private college in Kansas.
College brought his first real taste of adversity. He was not getting the playing time he expected, was drinking heavily, had poor grades, and gained around 60 pounds. His confidence and ambition faded, and he blamed everyone else.
Before graduation, Aaron decided to take responsibility. He focused on school and committed to a strict fitness and nutrition plan, running five miles every day. In two months, he went from 230 pounds to 160 pounds and graduated with his degree.
That turning point shaped the coach he wanted to become. He moved to Hawaii, found CrossFit and surfing, and learned more about food, training, and a balanced lifestyle through travel.
After arriving in San Diego, Aaron built his coaching and personal training business. With the support of a mentor named Jenny, he earned CrossFit and Olympic lifting coaching certifications. Today, he coaches online full time and uses his own experience to help clients build a healthier, more capable life.
The world owes you nothing. If you do not take action, you can stay stuck, unhealthy, and lost. Aaron knows that feeling—and he also knows change is possible when you decide you want it.
